Symptoms of Deficiency

If there has been anything remotely consistent in my healing journey, it's been this list of deficiency symptoms that I have referenced time and time again.  I can honestly say that my successes in healing have been due to cross referencing everything. I use my Healy Resonance device to test for deficiencies, I use a Vitastiq device, I have used Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, I use muscle testing with either the sway method or pendulum, face and tongue mapping, and I use deficiency symptoms. I am so use to analyzing my symptoms and the deficiencies they present that I can often tell what I need in any given moment. Even for my children!

Chapped lips and highly emotional..... B5..... Dermatitis around nose, fatigue, and grumpies..... Biotin..... My kids often get annoyed that I'm quick to observe and fix their crazy, but they often ask for it too. They are learning that if you have a bad day, it's often due to what your brain is running on. And if it's running low on something, it can make processing emotions much harder. My son was scratching his nose today, had dermatitis around his nose, and he was fatigued and very short fused. I said, "You are really off today, I'm going to bet it's biotin." When I got home I scanned him with my Healy Resonance Device and sure enough, it was low biotin! Being observant of these things may be to exhausting to some, especially if you are unwell. If this method is stressful for you or creates obsessive thoughts or habits, then it's not helpful! So step away from the symptoms list!

The following list is not exhaustive and you will notice that many things have more than one cause. I like to use it to cross reference many symptoms and their associated deficiencies and often pin point a specific deficiency. There is a lot of connecting the dots. And a lot of people will say, they just aren't in touch with their body like I am. But really it comes down to resources. You don't know what you don't know. And you usually don't know until you try.

Our bodies respond nearly instantly, when you place a supplement in your mouth. Your body can literally resonate with that nutrient energetically before it's ever even hit your stomach. Pay attention to your mood, your thoughts. Are they thoughtful, positive, negative? It only takes one nutrient out of balance to put you in a bad mood. You are not your thoughts, you are not your moods. It's so easy to trust our thoughts and feelings. It's so easy to think that all is wrong in the world when all it is is some anxiety, or depression.. How different the world would be if they understood what "Chemical Imbalance" really is....  If only people could experience both sides simply by taking a single nutrient. All the nutrients it takes to make serotonin and then to turn that serotonin into melatonin! Soooo many nutrients! Why do you think there are so many depressed, sleep deprived people out there! They are malnourished.

Don't get me wrong. There are many different factors. Hormones, Inflammation, Adrenals, Trauma.... But, they all involve nutrition too! They are all dependent on nutrients in one way or another. I will also say that you can be taking a vitamin complex or mineral complex and still have a severe deficiency, in fact it can make that deficiency worse. This is a very common reason why people get worse when entering into their healing journeys. There is not a one size fits all multi vitamin... And those genetically designed supplements... Still aren't perfect for you and your entire genetic makeup. But of course, if it helps, thats great!

I encourage you to reference this list often. Analyse your symptoms. How are you responding to your supplements. What does your tongue look like, feel like. Twitching eye? Motivated or unmotivated? Blue? Fatigued and grumpy? Scaly dermatitis? And then cross reference!

 DEFICIENCY SYMPTOMS

By Walter Last

Health Science Spirit

Eye, hair, nail, mouth and skin symptoms are among the early outward warning signs of vitamin and mineral deficiencies. The following compilations may help in diagnosing and treating these deficiencies. However, increased metabolic requirements for indicated deficiencies may persist for a long time after the outward symptoms have disappeared. Many listed symptoms may also be caused or aggravated by allergies and problems with the blood sugar and fat metabolism.

The right-hand column gives the primary deficiencies first, additional treatment or cause is given in parentheses. For each condition only the more prominent nutrients are mentioned. However, all the typical nutrients should be supplied in increased amounts in the treatment of all conditions.
